Default No Spark...No Start

I have another account on here...tjheems (used my old school address...no longer have access to that email...)

So, I have resurrected myself as Tom_H.

With out further a-do. I am having some mind boggling issues. I have a 1989 Comanche that will not spark. Here is what we have done so far.

Power is present at the following - distributor, the end of all plug wires, end of the coil plug wire, the coil.

Have cleaned all the grounds thoroughly, checked and rechecked. We set the timing, we charged the battery, we prayed a little. Nothing.

Replaced the following: CPS, ECM, Coil, Distributor, voltage regulator.

I leave for deployment in about 4 days and need this thing running prior to departure. Running out of time here and I'm about to hook it up to the back of my buddy's Dodge 2500, get up to speed, release the cable and launch my jeep off a cliff.

Any ideas at all?!?!

Thanks for the wealth of knowledge you all bring in advance...i'm tapped out.

Update - the coil doesn't read infinite resistance which I feel it should?

Replaced every damn fuse in the world

Cut and re grounded the lines that run to the grounding post at the bottom of the dipstick

Now am looking at the ignition

What should the coil read while cranking? Shouldn't it be way higher than 12v?

I love jenny Lynn here...just wish she would start.

Also, it's an '89 that was originally 2wd with an internally slaved ax-15 and Dana 35 rear. Now it has an 8.25 rear, np-231, externally slaved ax-15, 6.5inch BDS Long arm kit. When we parked it 6 months ago change all that it worked like a champ. Now it here we are...with a sweet suspension and no sparks.

Shut all the lights off to see if it was arching anywhere...nope.

See those 3 or 4 relays on the passenger side inner fender? Move them all down 1 position.
