Default No Spark Help

I have a 96 XJ country 4x4 with the 4.0 HO. Coming home yesterday it died on me and I had to have it towed. I am getting fuel but no spark, I checked the coil and it is good I also replaced the cps and still nothing. I started checking fuses and found a small 30 amp fuse in the engine compartment with the relays that was blown. As soon as I turn the key on this fuse pops, I'm sure I have a short somewhere but I don't know what this fuse is for and don't know where to start looking. Does anyone know what this fuse is for and where I can find a good wiring diagram to start tracing it?

You need to find a diagram illustrating which fuse controls which circuit. Then inspect that circuit end to end.

What NUMBER fuse is it?

If anybody has a diagram of the power distribution center for a 96, please post it.

I've been looking for a diagram of it but haven't been able to find one. As for a number for the fuse it isn't marked, all I can tell you is that its the only small 30 amp fuse. It's between the relays and the large fuses, it's on the far passenger side of the panel in the middle of 20 & 10 amp fuses. The diagram on the inside of the lid of the panel doesn't have a discription other than It's a 30 amp.

Copy this to your desktop, open in paint, and circle it, that way we can help. But I'm bad with wireing... Lol

Look at the inside cover of the PDC, it tells you what each fuse is.

Here's the PDC you have. Fuse #20 is the one that's blowing? That powers the ASD relay- see drawing:
