OBD1 Models: 1991-1995
1) Start engine (if possible). Move transmission shift lever
through all positions, ending in Park. Turn A/C switch on and then off
(if equipped).
2) Turn engine off. Without starting engine again, turn
ignition on, off, on, off and on within 5 seconds. Record 2-digit
fault codes as displayed by flashing MIL.
3) For example, fault code 23 is displayed as flash, flash,
4-second pause, flash, flash, flash. After a slightly longer pause,
other codes stored are displayed in numerical order. When MIL begins
to flash fault codes, it cannot be stopped. Start over if count is
lost. Code 55 indicates end of fault code display.

If you line up the timing mark on the crank pulley at TDC, is the rotor just leaving #1 or #6?

My 90 will spark, and even run fine with the wires unplugged to the cam position sensor in the dizzy. Your OBDI is different, I have no clue what it might do if the CPS signal and the cam sensor signal were out of sink..,,

So with some more exploring I've discovered the vibration is the fuel pump relay turning on and off. I've also discovered the power to the coil is fluctuating with the clicking, could this be a bad cps? My dad was helping me today and he said he thought that the cps had to be calibrated.. any truths here? Is there any good way to check it? Another idea, could this be the asd relay doing this, any ideas?? Also i noticed a small gray single prong plug behind the alternator, does this go to the air conditioner i have a bypass for now? Or is this the key? Thanks guys

Hopefully someone with more knowledge about your Jeep can add more....

You Dad might have been thinking of the TPS, which can be adjusted on earlier models. On mine I believe all those square relays are the same, simply swapping the fuel pump, (on mine) and the AC for instance is done to test. You can go over all you can find and spray out the sockets with electrical cleaner, (fuses as well)(CRC is in a red can), clean the blades with a fine wire brush or something, and even apply some dielectric grease before replacing. If I felt one buzzing I'd swap/replace it! Often just unpluging that repluging a bad connection will make it connect, at least for a minute.

In my signature, check out Cruisers stuff on refreshing grounds.

I'd still see the Rotor is indexed correctly since you had the dizzy out. There are plenty of wrong ways it will go back, an d DO trust me, #1 is at 5:00.
