I have a 93 cherokee with the four litre that has no injector pulse. I have changed the distributor and crank position sensor. I have the recommended fuel pressure at the fuel rail. There was alot of rust in the gas tank and lines could that have fried all the injectors at once or do i have a bigger problem such as maybe the computer or is there another sensor that runs the injectors. Also all the wiring looks good and there are no blown fuses.

I did not read where you have spark,do you? The things it could be could be different than if it is just an injector problem.

yes it does have spark. it will actually start and run as long as there is gas poured into the throttle body

Injector pulse is established by the PCM. The injectors are supplied with constant voltage but do not open til the path to ground is completed via the PCM.

Check all of your grounds, especially the one near the PCM on the L/H inner fender.
