98 XJ, completely stock. NSS went bad so i bypassed it (clipped black and black w/white stripe wires) and wired them to a rocker switch on the dash. battery went dead while i was working on it. tried to jump it off and it would spin over, it would start and run as long as i was giving it gas. as soon as i let off it would die.

any idea's/things to check? this jeep is about make me lose my temper

Update: left it alone for a couple hours went back and tried it again and it started and runs fine now. must have been because it had been sitting for about a month
