NO HEAT!
Hey guys, wanted to see if any of u have any ideas. Got a 2001 xj blowing cold air with blend on full heat. Flushed heater core, everything is flowing free, motor runs at temp, and blend door works, when I turn it to cold, the air gets much colder. I have noticed that my blower blows pretty weak, but I wouldn't think that would affect air temp. Any ideas?

Well, the "NO HEAT" issue is the current trending most favorite thread topic....strangely enough....as I write this, the first thread page of 20 threads contains 5 of heater/heat related problems already...
Did you have a read through some of those threads to get ideas?
Surely, you will find some similar issues plus advice on how and what to check...
Does you blower work more powerfull on cold setting? Or is it weak in general?
And through vents or defrost?
Everything is ' flowing free'....do you mean both heater hoses are hot?

To answer all questions... blower is weak on all settings, hot, cold, vents, and defrost. Yes, both hoses are hot. Replaced tstat 6 months ago when I replaced radiator due to overheating. And yeah I've done searching, but most people fixed their issues with a hc flush or blend door not working. Neither of which are my issue.

I just did all of the above on our 02 liberty, t-stat was my last effort, they can fail in five years or five days, and for roughly $15 bucks and some rtv I'd say change it again.

If the coolant temp gauge on your dash gauge consistently reads somewhere between 195 and 205, then the problem isn't the thermostat. You are getting up to proper temperature.
Cab heat is simply a byproduct of engine coolant temperature and available heat to transfer.
So you're left with either the heater core or some sort of blend door issue. Or a combination. No other options that I can think of; there is no heater control valve on your vintage.
A weak blower motor may slow the heating of the cab, but it won't cause cold or cool air to be blowing out...
If you can verify with confidence that the blend door is working, then I'm betting that you have a somewhat clogged heater core; especially if it is the original OEM core.
