Default No Doors update.. 97+

So i got my doors off finally, and i got some bolts to put in, seemed to fit pretty decent, theyre just some 50 cent bolts from ACE. Well when closing the doors the doors sag so much you have to like lift them to shut them. Sometimes its so hard you have to open the window and pull like that. So i looked into it, and i realized something no one ever mentioned before: the hole for the bolt on the door is MUCH smaller than the hole for the bolt on the body. This is why my doors had been sagging so much. So obviously one cannot make the bigger hole smaller, but can you make the smaller hole bigger? Im thikning so, i just picked up some new bolts to match the bigger holes bore - so whats a good way to get the smaller hole a bit bigger? Im thinking like a reamer, but i dont have one. All i got is a dremmel... any ideas?

its gonna be hard to get at it with a drill. my bro suggested removing the 3 (3 on each hinge, 6 total per door) star bolts so i can get at it with a drill better, but ive heard that like if i remove those it will mis align the door or something? idk any help as to if i can or cannot take those off?

Mark around the hinge before you take it off. Then you can put it back in the same place.

Yeah what drak said just use some contrasting spray paint. Another solution would be a right angle adapter for your drill. Might work.
