no doors... speaker location!
Out of curiosity. When you remove the doors off your xj, Where do u relocate the speakers? Do you just amp up the rear ones or is there some sort of mod?

With my doors off it sounds like a hurricane! I turn the radio off. Can't wait to see what the others have done... NEW PROJECT!!!

That design sticks out too far for me, mine dont stick out at all, if ur even interested i can get some pics of mine.. I just used the same panels and cut out a hole and stuck em in there, nice and snug. My buddy did the same thing and they sound good for bein stuck in such a small place!

Not perfect but works. A pair of 5.25" KS5250 Kicker's I picked up at Best Buy. They sounded amazing in the door and now that they've been relocated the sound is not to my liking there's just not enough room down there. I'm going to put them back in the door for now unless I find a different location. Luckily there is a Jeep only chillyard(because Jeeps never die) near my house so I can go pick up the new plastic pieces for 5 bucks a piece since mine have giant holes in them now.
