No bus signal
Driving down the road and the instrument cluster goes out and then comes back and then goes out again a whole bunch of times. I'm thinking something is shorting to ground. Thoughts? A shop just rewired my electric fan apparently. Maybe their is some shorting going on in the new wiring they attached?

What all was involved in rewiring your electric fan? Can the shop explain what they did, like removing the instrument cluster, working on the wiring under the dash, etc.
