Dirty connectors for the gauge cluster.
Pull the gauge cluster, clean the connectors, add a dab of Dielectric grease, reassemble use the search feature next time....been covered a brazillion times.

Really need ALOT more information. If you are talking about your gauges not working i seen it on a few dodge minivans, there is something called a BUS that helps the dash communicate with the rest of the vehical (I think) I am assuming it has a crack or a bad wire in it somewhere, don't really know much about it though.
