newbie has a question about tires????????
will a 30x9.50 fit in the back and i am looking at the wheels how do i know what size wheel will fit in the tire and the wheel was a cragar 15x7 and the tire is a bfg 30x9.50 AT

the 30x9.50 will fit as long as its a 15" rim (30x9.5x15) and i hope your putting 30"s on the front also since you said "on back" up thier

Yes, a 30" tire will fit in the cargo area, if that is what you mean. With stock wheels they will fit on the XJ fine as well. When you go to a different BS on the wheel, is where you will run into rubbing issues with 30" tires and no lift. I know quite a few guys that started out that way. FYI, it is only the begining of the illness, it gets way worse!! Good luck!! I hope you get a chance to wear those 30s out, before you start itching for bigger tires!! LOL!!

around me they were alot more i looked at one for over 7000 with 110000 miles on it they ranged from 4000 to that 7000 dollar one . i got mine for 3500 out the door at a dealership with 135000 on it and dent fender and cracked windshield thats what i used to talk them down. sounds like a pretty good deal

All the XJ's I have had, have easily ran 200k+ on original motor. My 90 Laredo I used to have had 350k on it, before my EX decided to run it with no oil.. But no worries, these 4.0L's are great
