new shocks
I have a 92 Cherokee with around 175,000 miles and am going to put new shocks on tomorrow before buying new tires. I drive about 100 miles a day round trip to work daily, all easy riding Highway. I hardly ever take my jeep off road outside of slowly driving through the fields on our weekend farm.
Should I spend the extra money to get the Monroe Reflex shocks or would the regular Monroe Matic shocks be just fine? It's a matter of spending $165 vs $80.
I know you get what you pay for but don't want to just give money away that is necessary.

it's a Jeep. Get a reasonably priced shock and enjoy. You won't notice a huge difference in ride quality Save the cash for something more important. Are you doing the install??

Haha, wrong. Shocks are pretty much the biggest player in ride quality for any vehicle. Pick up a set of stock replacement Bilsteins and youll be more than happy.
