im calling HUGE bs on him getting 31 mpg on the highway on 35's, i get maybe 16 or 17 and im on 33's and i drive like a grandma haha, plus even when they are stock they maybe get 20-21 highway, other than that it doesnt seem to be too bad, look underneath it when you see it for any rust

One thing that you should know when purchasing any lifted vehicle is that the owner probably lifted it to beat the crap out of it, and from the pictures that were listed on craigslist that cherokee has been beat on. If you are looking for a trial rig that would probably be a good start, but if you are looking for a daily driver I would probably pass. That seems to be a pretty good price for what he has in it. Just keep the above statement in mind when you look at it tomorrow.

Ask him where I can find this highway that allows for 31 mpg on 35" tires.

Outside of that, ask what caused an engine rebuild, and why he had the transmission and transfer case done as well (calling bs on those)

Also, why are all the sensors new? Did he feel like splurging on them all to make it run top notch, or was he throwing parts at it to resolve an issue?

31mpg on the Hwy...hmmmmm..NO. take it to a mechanic that you trust and have him look at it. He might charge your a little bit but it will be money well spent.

The only way he's getting 31mpg out of that thing is that he is pushing it when it breaks down. I would pass on that if you plan on it to be your daily driver. Look for battle scars and Rubicon Rash, along with rust and more rust.

X4 on mpg's. I have a stocker and i feel good when i get 21mpg. I would be leery of it. If he exaggerated about that who knows what he says thats the truth. my two cents.
