At 4.5 you will NEED a slip yoke eliminator for sure. you could do a transfer case drop....but... it's one of those things that is good and bad. Good= reduced vibrations/ Bad= less ground clearance thus defeating the purpose of the lift. A SYE would be your best bet bud. and at 4.5" 33 will rub a lil. Be ready to do a little trimming. Not much though.. just a little. An just my 2 cents... if your going to add lift to a 4.5" lift you don't have... um just go with a bigger lift. like a 6". Though for what your looking you need to do a ton a things to prepare your rig for a sizeable lift. Steering stabilizer,, trac bar,, tie rod. Brakelines.. not trying to scare ya off just take your time and do it right. a cheap quicky is exactly like it sounds. It will be fun at first and seem great while your ridding it but down the road when your stuck with some nasty crap that leaves ya limp and broke and lasts forever your gonna wish you had spent the money for the quality goods.

I would run 4" or higher. With the driveline yeah you will have to get a SYE! Unless you want the worst vibrations ever in your drive shaft. What rims are you running?
thats what i was wondering was what be a good back spaceing for a 17in rim? running a 33/12.50/17 all im looking for is a cheap set of steel rims where would a good place be to look for them? so im probly best off with a 6 in lift and an sye along with upgrading steering parts? sorry for all the questions im use to working on class8 semi's
