Default New Jeep, problems!

So I finally got an XJ again! '99 and it's got a few issues. I'm pretty happy to have an XJ again and now I gotta get it into good running shape. Any insight to the following issues is greatly appreciated!

1. Rear wiper works but the washer fluid sprayer doesn't
2. Power windows will only work from the drivers panel
3. Neither heat nor AC work. They just don't turn on, PO said it was potentially a relay issue?
4. Oil pressure gauge pops up to 80PSI and stays there maxed out.
5. Bit of condensation coming out the muffler while running

Other than that it's got 266k on it, sounds like its got a slight knock but runs great. T-case switches into all modes smoothly. Also...it looks like it has an ABS module but the ABS light never flashes when I start it, also I slammed the brakes and all the tires locked+screeched. Has my ABS failed?

1. under drivers side fender is the location of your pumps-2.Search for a write up for a fix-3.try the search for this it could be a whole bunch of things trial and error their 4.-try a new oil sending unit 5.-don't worry about that till you get white smoke that smells like coolent. Keep an eye on your coolant level late 1999 have a bad head casting its 1999 thru 2001 if you even think you might have a cracked head or bad head gasket, buy an aftermarket head an replace it along with a new head gasket ,new head bolts and a new rubber and metal valve cover gasket (felpro gaskets) good luck.

Good deal man, thanks! Also just found out this thing has the 8.25 rear so I'm gonna have to get a locker! Going from the AWD ZJ with a limited slip rear to 2WD with an open diff is much different haha. Cant really put it in 4WD for pavement cause it's the 231 Tcase. I'm sure some better tires will improve this as well (rears on it are pretty bald). Damn I'm excited to finally have an XJ again. Gonna have to lift it soon!

Looked all over and cant find the writeup you referred to about the windows. I found 2 writeups about windows but those are for regulators/motors. Just the switched at the doors don't work, drivers panel that controls all of them works just fine. If you have a link to that writeup it'd be great, thanks man!

Also Rich, regarding that picture. I have seen that and about 3 others depicting the shape/size of the D35 and 8.25 diff covers, between them all they seem to look very similar. The only surefire way I'm able to tell right now is that the axle tubes on the 8.25 are 3" whereas the D35 axle tubes are 2.6" if I understand correctly. My axle tubes definitely measure 3"
