"New" Engine, No Spark
Okay, so I had my i6's piston shatter (at 70,000miles..)
Picked up a junkyard engine locally for cheap. Got everything back together but I am getting no spark to the coil. I swapped the coil and still nothing. Distributor is aligned properly, wires are in good shape, grounds are intact.
Im no mechanic, just trying to get my XJ back on the road.
Any ideas?

Start by telling us what year your Jeep is, and what engine is in it.
LH drive, RH drive, etc.
