Question about cylinder heads

I was looking into replacing my 0331 cylinder head but I found a cylinder head that has larger valves and does it help the performance and has any one used one like this ? and are the heads worth the extra money ?

Unless the rest of your system has been worked on.. won't make a difference.

If the valves are larger, I'm assuming the ports are larger. The intake manifold is still the same size so your larger valves aren't going to flow any better. Waste of money.
