New Clearwater head/ARP bolt question

So I got my new Clearwater head on today. I followed torque steps and sealed #11, but instructions with new ARP head bolts said to torque to 100lbs. Should I stick with that or redo them at 110lbs. Except #11

Looks clean.
The idea of torqueing is that the bolts just start to stretch. I'd go with the people who made the bolts.
