Default New cylinder head question

I have a 2001 cherokee and I just replaced the head with a j&c enterprises head but there's an open bolt hole toward the back of the head right in front of head stud #14 and I have no idea what goes there I'm hoping some one on here does.

I had a 2001 and replaced the head with a tupy. Both of them didn't have plugged holes
