Oddly the Jeep drives fine, I just heard a slight exhaust rattle and found this 
It's a good thing I got this one cheap. It looks like someone tried to weld one of the bolt heads.

just get rid of the old bolts/weld-nuts with an air-hammer/drill and fish in new hardware: https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/bro...utting-111475/
