My XJ came with a broken mou ting bolt on the NSS. Looks like there is still enough thread for me to weld a. UT on and try and back it out. Does anyone know what size the bolt is so I can get the right nut, as well as replacement bolt? Tried looking in multiple searches but came up short.

The adjusting bolt is M8x1.25x30mm. It only locks the NSS into place to keep it from rotating. It also should not be on very tight. Make sure you adjust it properly. Once adjusted, the bolt get tightened to 108 in/lbs and the retaining nut to 61 in/lbs. Note those are INCH-pounds not FOOT-pounds (or lbs/in)

The XJs did change during it's production and the info will help us help you faster. I know you have an auto becuase you have an NSS, but it may not be obvious in your future posts.
