Default Broken mounting bolt on NSS

Replacing my nss, the mounting bolt snapped.. now i have no OD, no reverse lights and a darn CEL... is there any way to get that bolt out? My problem is access; if you recall, its a very tight space down there. Thanks for any help, y'all

I haven't been up there in a while. Is there room to get a right angle drill up there?
