Default In need of wiring diagram.

Anyone have a labeled wiring diagram for the headlight switch on a 1987? I need to know what wires that go into the female plug for the switch are for what. My friend cut it out to take to the jy with us (I couldn't tell you why) so some of my lights are not working. I've searched the forum and google but got nothing, I might have missed something though anyways thankyou.

I would be checking fuses... and keeping an eye out for new friends.

I don't know if this will pertain to your 1987 XJ or not. It's a portion of a 1988 XJ diagram that shows the headlamp switch.

I guess it has to be a fuse or a wire into the fuse box, because some PO did do some electrical work. Then again I'm missing fuses, they weren't there to begin with however my lights all did originally work till the new plug for the switch.
