My preference for A/T tires are Brdigestone Dueler A/T's REVO's or 693/695's

For rims, cheap black steelies like soft 8's are great... as for tires what is the purpose of your rig. Trail, DD, Malcrawler, Weekend Warrior? Depending on that makes all the difference on what kind of tires you should run.

For WW use, ATs will be your best option. There are a lot of options out there for a good AT. BFG AT KOs are very good tires, that seem to hold up to moderate trail duty pretty well. It's really personal preference.

I run them, There great for a DD that sees light trail use. Now if your trail use is a lot of mud you might want to go for an M/T. But for a DD that wheels about once a month or so on some back woods trails there great.
