My jeep is a 1998 limited, automatic, 4x4. It feels like its slipping in 1st gear so I hooked up the scan tool and I pulled these codes

A thorough NSS cleaning is in order before you do anything else.

The Range Select Signal goes through the NSS, so poor contact condition will cause the PCM to report errors via the CEL.

It's very possible that you have multiple things going on, but I do agree that I would start with cleaning/refurbishing or replacing the neutral safety switch as the P0700 and the P0705 are related to that.

Approach it methodically and as the P0700 and P0705 are generally NSS, hit that first. Then clear codes and see what comes back. The evap leak and misfire may be separate issues.

looks i never updated this like I should have.
p0301 ended up being a burnt valve - head work, new rings, seal etc
p0455 ended up being a broken vacuum line (easy fix)
p0700 and 0705 was the NSS, cleaned and working normal
p0756 was indeed the solenoids, replaced per a write up on here and all is ok

P.S. now that all these things are fixed I can no longer connect to the jeep to get a smog completed. (in this thread https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/com...-maybe-179930/ ) Not giving up and will continue to chase this.
