Need Newb Advice :)
I just got my 96 Cherokee Classic a week ago. It has a 5 inch Rusty's off-road suspension lift. Someone on a local forum said if its over a 3" lift make sure it has supporting mods so i don't loose the drive shaft. I was just wondering what kind of supporting mods i may need if any?

a trasfercase drop is like a band-aid for a future problem, cause you still face the slip yoke problem, just do it right the first time and get a SYE. i know i should have done it the first time, but i didnt

The TC drop is the temp solution if your broke and cant afford the SYE. The TC drop isnt a good permanent solution because it changes the angle of eng, trans, and TC, and you run the risk of putting one of the mechanical fan blades into the rad. Its also hard on the eng mounts as well.
