My body is getting a little on the rough side. I have a 98 XJ in mind, $400 for a decent 4dr body. It's green, dentfree, and I'm hoping good clean interior. It's no easy task, but I'm considering. Is it all bolt in? Motor is a 4.0 in both. I get the body and interior, nothing else, no axles, engine, or anything for $400.

 

All of your stuff will bolt in,i would look around though and see if you might find a better deal.

 

On a nice body, and interior, what would be a good price? Given that this one is in great shape. I found a driveable 93 for $600, but this one was 3hrs away and the $400 body is 20ish miles away. I'm not in a huge hurry but just know I need a parts rig and thought about a swap. I'd have to have a shop weld the front longarm brackets and strengthen the frame a bit.

 

look into my build....im putting a 94 into a 98, from ground up. Axles,intire lift, brake lines, motor, sye, yata yata, its in my sig

 

If you are not in a hurry I would just be patient,I think there is better deals. Find one that is running and you will have spare parts for awhile.
