92 should also have this resistor on drivers fender power runs thru this to pump also confirm power in and out it can be jumped for testing purposes...

Not seeing the resistor.
But turning the key on and off multiple times did not help the start up

You were saying to put a test light straight to the wires going onto the fuel pump? How do I know which is the hot so im not cutting into multiple wires
