Default Need Help Selecting New Brakes

I have a 94 Cherokee and i'm looking to replace all of the braking hardware adding slotted rotors and I was wondering if i'd need to swap out calipers or the rotors should still fit and be fine right? or if it's even worth to go above and beyond the OEM Rotors and Drums...

all i can say about drilled and slotted rotors are great for racing but a bad idea if u go mudding, those slots and holes make great spots for mud and dirt to collect

haha yeah i figured. So basically only put them on my Subaru.. Not my Jeep. =] Thanks i ended up going with the Brembo Non Slotted and Drilled rotors because i got a really good deal. There normally 70 each i got them for 20! and i'm putting the EBC Green Stuff pads on it i heard there very good.

Yea, drilled and slotted rotors are a no-no for mudding and EBC Green Stuff are about the best you can do for brake pads. My buddy bought 2 sets from AutoZone for $2.37 a set on clearance. They work great. I went to get some for my Jeep, but of course there was none left and I don't wanna spend $80 on pads.

I bought the slotted rotors/ceramic pads from summit racing and couldn't be happier with them. They are not drilled and I do not do allot of mudding but the stopping power is twice of the factory rotors/pads IMO...Tj
