If I remember correctly there were 2 plugins on or around the master. My Jeep is back in NY so I can't take a look in person.

1 is for the level and the other monitors the pressure between the front and rear maybe even overall pressure.
Maybe someone could post and straighten this out.

I would disconnect them. Spray with contact cleaner all electrical connections Clean the whole master area well. This way you can see what your looking at since u may be spending some time there. Apply dielectric grease in the boots of the wiring connections. Its just grease that won't interfere with the electrical system --kepps moisture out . U can get it at any auto parts store.

Inspect everything there. Make sure all wiring is intact. Try following the wires as far back as u can and check for ANYTHING that don't look right.
I would probably take the the battery cables off and try and let the computer die possibly getting rid of any weird problems it may of had.

If everthing looks good reconnect.
Take a gtood look at your E-Brake system --the setup on the rear barakes and inspect tha whole cable making sure its free--then apply the brake and make sure everything functions as it should--another set of eyes will help u greatly.
