Your gonna have to bleed the brakes. There are I think 2 sensors on the master. At least there is 1 on my 2000 that reads low fluid and pressure
Mine was on after my rear drums were done. I opened up the bleeder screw on both rears and just let gravity do its thing. The light went off after doing this.
Even though before the master was full it still wouldn't go off until after I bled them.

I had to do mine 2X and also had my code reader hooked up to clear any codes. there were no codes in the puter but i cleared it anyway. After the second time I went in the jeep and the light was off --for whatever reason it must have still been picking up uneven pressure between the front and back.
just make sure to keep the the master full of fluid -its amazing how fast it go's down just dripping from the bleeders.

Try this disconnect the lead that goes to the e-brake, is the light still on?
Then disconnect the wire that goes to the pressure differential switch and see if the light is still on. If the light is still on and you don't have a low fluid sensor in the master, it has to be a short to ground somewhere.
