Need Help! Jeep Won't Stay Running
OK so I replaced my cracked flex plate. The vehicle is a 4X4 99 Cherokee Sport with the 4.0 and I replaced the Flexplate with a Pioneer FRA-480 from Rockauto. I took out the CPS switch PRIOR to removing the transmission so I don't think its that. Without giving it gas she just stumbles and dies almost immediately when I do give her gas she stumbles and the idle fluctuates up and down. On a good note I no longer have the cracked flexplate noise. Also, I've lost my OBD reader otherwise I would have just read the codes. BTW there appears to be two sets of holes to mount the CPS I used the set farther to the right. Could that be a problem?
