You need to save the image locally. Then attach like a picture you took yourself. I also use Snag-it, to clip images out of pdf manuals or larger webpages. Saved locally, resized, cropped as needed.

I also use image hosting sites, like IMGUR, A lot of pics get saved to an album, and then I just copy the BBCode link into the post. Some sites don't support uploading attachments (this one does) so the image host is the only way to go.
