hello. i m new here and to jeep too.
i want to know what is the name of the attached part and where can i find them. i own a 2012 grand cherokee limited and they look very old and weary.

You should ask in the Grand Cherokee forum. This is the original regular cherokee (84-01 model year) forum.

I have no idea what that is, but I'd search for "cargo skid" or get a parts manual if nobody on the GC forum knows. Good luck!
