I looked this part up in the parts manual and it is called a lower panel (for intstrument cluster). Searched for one on ebay and other - no luck.
Is there another more "common" name for it?
If there is way to repair that would be great. I am experiencing several issues(see blue marks). If I could repair that far left I might reduce a lot of the creeks and groans while driving. Any exerpience with this? Thinking maybe epoxy but it would be right at a stress point.
Please comment any idea especially if you have experience.
"Lower dash panel" "bottom dash trim" don't know the official term for it but how your describing it should find you results.
As for the repair of the mounting holes, ive seen all kinds of creative repairs with plastic, epoxy etc types of glues and ive seen some repairs with thin sheet metal and etc glues or extra fasteners.
Because it's the back side of the panel that gives out I prefer the method of longer fastener and fat head washer. I forget the actual screw size but maybe a #6? And then add a washer that the screw wont pass through. Its not as clean a finish when its done but it sure wont gove out so easy.
Otherwise any 86-96 lower dash panel will fit in place of it. I may have 1 or 2 laying around if you don't mdon'paying a little cash and the cost of shipping.

Lower Panel with issues
Keep the broken piece of plastic. Weld it back to the the panel from the back side with a soldering iron. If you're the type that is skilled at everything you do 👽
