Measure what you have now knowing that you have 2 inches, just pick a point to measure from. Then do the bastard pack and measure after to the same point. Should net you between 2-3 inches therefore doing the math
3" new lift
- 2" old lift
= 1" net lift
Hope that helps. Just be consistent with the measuring point and level ground

Your picture is very typical of most of our springs. Remember these are 10 year old + springs. They deserve a little sag, I mean, Gravity is on them 24/7.
We also get shorter with age BTW.
I measure from the center of the wheel, I've stock center caps, and place the tape measure between the two EE's in JEEP and measure to the bottom of the fender flare.
The Stock height is 17.5" Front and 17" Rear. Mine which is stock minus Bilstein HD's currently sags @ .25 of an inch in the rear and the front is right at 17.5.
Not Bad for 13 year old springs that have done more than their share of hauling.
So do a measure on level ground before making any changes, also look at what you have for lift blocks, and/or shackles which should be apparent since they sit under your springs adding to your overall height.
This way you know what the Blocks and/or shackles are contributing to your overall lift AND if you need to adjust by removing one .5" Block for example.
