Default need brake help please

just put new rotors and pads on the front of my 89 laredo (non-ABS) didn't break any lines but still bleed and got a little air out of them...

with the jeep off i get good peddle pressure. peddle gets stronger after each push and holds fine. but after starting the peddle sinks (which i read it's supposed to do) but sinks almost to the floor and won't build pressure . seems like there is only an inch or so of peddle before it bottoms out... the booster is new (2 months old)

is this normal?

No it is not normal. Try to bleed them again and see if you get more air. If you do then try again. If you are still getting air you have a leak somewhere.

Hope that helps

Sounds like you definitely have air somewhere. Try bleeding them a few more times and if worse comes to worse try "gravity bleeding" them...Tj

How are you bleeding ?

You should start with the wheel farthest from your Master Cylinder, ie the passenger side rear.

Then Driver's side rear.

Passenger Side Front.

Drivers side Front.

Fill your reservoir to pump the air out as well.
