I'm guessing the stock gear ratio, I'm close to the border so I'm sure they don't do labor right where i live and do bad jobs. So the guy i bought it from probably did not give a ***** about calibrating the speedometer or changing gear ratio.

They are some butt ugly wheels...but the xj looks nice though. I would say someone lied to you about the lift. No way you have 6" in front and it sits level with 2" in back...just my .02

Your trans is probably going out if you said it's missing 1st gear. Just swap in an AX15 so you'll be able to control your shifts.

Determine exactly what gears you have. The SEARCH button can help ya find threads that explain how.

Calibrating the speedo is done by installing the correct speedometer gear in the t-case rear output adapter. You'll need to know the gear ratio for this as well.

OKAY so i just did a test drive without the tcu plugged in and in 1-2 it does not shift from first at all...if it is even in first.. and in 3rd it did shift from 1-2 but after I shifted to 4th(OD) It just stayed the same rpm like if it was in 3rd No change.. I really need to get this fixed..
