Meh, thats their own choice, clearly we can't do anything to talk them into following the law and spending $65 to get the damn thing (ordered mine yesterday, I really want that backpressure BAD) so, there is no point in telling them to STFU or become compliant...

I don't think you will find anything in the CAA stating it is against Federal law to talk about removing one.
