My boy hit a tree with my Jeep...
I see no problem with the 9 year old driving on private property with an adult supervising from the passenger seat (although the wife should have had her hand near the shifter and emergency brake to prevent this from happening). But the 3 year old should have been nowhere near that Jeep.

come on guys, he was in a farmers field, not on city streets. many here have done the same thing at that age. what has this world come to? kids aren't allowed to use an axe, pocket knife, chainsaw or play tackle football anymore cause their parents think they might get hurt. geez, we never got hurt, and if we did, we shook it off and got right back on that horse.
hope he learns from his mistake and it makes him a better driver, now and in the future.
anyways, fender/header panel can be had cheap and is an easy fix.
lca mount is a bit trickier when the axle is still in the jeep, so if you can remove it, you will find it a lot easier.
hope you get your problem sorted out with the bumper issue, i know i'd start to get p issed at the 3 month mark. i'd just say fu,k em, and get another one from somewhere else or maybe make your own. then go after a refund and tell everyone on every 4x4 forum your experience. you're entitled to it.

Not enough people here who were raised on farms and remember what all was required of everyone. Like guns where a lot freak out I received my first one a .22 rifle for my 7th birthday and my 8th a shotgun and finally at 10 a pistol.
I drove everything around the farm including an old plow horse, why my dad kept it I don't know. My children and grandchildren both have helped me on the farm here starting at that age and earlier for some chores like feeding, and things do happen no big deal you just go on and they learn.
As far as repairs go have your son help you and show him what needs to be done as you go along when replacing parts. Before going to far have the frame checked to see if its bent and needs to be pulled by a frame shop.
The bumper you ordered and never received I like you would never miss a chance to post about it any where someone might be saved their money from them. But agree it may have had little effect on your damage this time who knows.
Good luck and keep bringing those kids with you and letting them learn something other than the BS piled on them in school.
