Which way do you do you turn the Harmonic bolt to remove it when you are standing in front of it, counterclockwise or clockwise.

counter clockwise its a regular bolt.. Its a 1/2 fine thread on later models..you will need a puller to get it off

Also need the tool to reinstall it, or use a longer bolt with a nut and a couple of washers. Thread the bolt all the way in, then turn nut to push it on. Don't use the original bolt for this as it's too short and only grabs a few threads at first, and you risk ripping those threads out.

Do the oil seal behind it while you're there.

How do I install the new seal?
Do I install it on the back of the new harmonic balancer and push them on to gather with the longer bolt? Or do I need another tool for just this procedure?

You tap it into place first with a rubber mallet, then lube the inside edges with lots of oil or some vaseline, then lube the mating face of the damper with vaseline and install the damper

This is really important

My vehicles must be female, as if I start get frustrating I call them a ####, with various adjectives in front...ie get in there you ****ing ####

(the word is one ladies dont like, starts with S, and I respectfully dont use it to describe a human female)

lol, I had to go back and self edit, as the software evidently does not consider the term offensive)...well it can be a compliment
