Fram filter. Again my preference.
Seafoam every third change.
Of course, it's your vehicle and you can do as you wish, but I would never recommend what you are doing. First of all, in cold weather, why would you want such thick oil in your crankcase? Secondly, I would not be comfortable using Fram for filtering my oil. There have been too many instances of Fram filters failing. Third, why dump solvent in your crankcase? Reasonable oil change intervals will keep your engine clean without putting Seafoam in your engine. Using it for a fuel treatment in the gas tank or even putting in the intake system via a vacuum line, I can understand, but I personally would be very hesitant to use it inside the engine. Again, I'm not saying you're wrong, just that it's not what I would do and I've been a vehicle owner for over 42 years and have driven literally over a million miles.

Change your oil, use can use the hi mi stuff but not necessary. Short trips will lead to a build up of deposits, longer runs will have a cleaner surfaces internally. Use 10w30 and any filter, but always change the filter. The Peep is over 516000km and gets new oil and filter monthly. If you want it to last change it!

This. The quart of Marvel Mystery Oil really quiets down the valve tic. And Max life is some boss stuff.

Technically takes 5.9 quarts, so ya basically 6. Use 10w30. Part synthetic is good.

I as well use casteroil high mileage 10w30 part synthetic and I avoid STP filters. Bosch and k&n are great. Change your air filter too.

00 and 01 engines tend to have overheating issues, so take off the radiator cap and top off the coolant too. This will help your 4.0 last longer. General maintenance is important. Change spark plugs too...

The oil drains out better if hot. Therefore I would run the engine for 10 minutes or so, then drain the oil. Also, remove the oil filler cap so it will drain better.

Wait a sec, isn't this backwards? If anything, you'd want to run a thinner oil in the winter, no?

Yeah, yeah. Old thread, I know.
