Yup, due to all the partisan bull crap in congress the financial regulation reform bill got shelved so they didn't reverse the loop hole laws on investment bank trading in the futures of commodities so prices are soaring again.

Little known fact, demand decreased steadily from 2000 on, the Bush administration reversed regulation that protected over speculation of oil futures, and thus prices soared. He basically did it for his buddies at Enron, they had a brilliant master plan to control the prices of the worlds energy sources, it almost worked till their executives got busted by the Feds on a bunch of other charges. Fuel prices only dropped recently because of the recession. So get ready for $4 gasoline! I hate Wall Street Execs, F#@* them and their tax payer funded bailout bonuses!!!!

Wow, what school do you go to?

Oil demand, world wide, never decreased (recently) until last year. There has never been regulation on commodity speculation. It is illegal for a companyA to hire an "analyst" to make an untrue statement statement about CompanyB in order to boost their own stock prices- but that's the stock market.

Analyst can make all the statements concerning what they "think might happen" to prices of commodities all they want . Commodities have never been regulated which is why we had inexpensive oil through the 80's and part of the 90's. Carter tried to regulate gas prices and they only got higher. I agree that oil prices are being artificially inflated. Most if it, I think, is because the market is not free. Direct competition does not exist anymore- which is a violation of a free market economy.

Yes, I understand that 24#s will be overkill. Heck.. I've made 330 RWHP running 19#s so I guess that using 19#s in a 4.0 seems a little steep to me anyway. How much power are you guys making?

dang, are you clutch dropping or geared? I'm sitting about the same as far as everything goes besides chop top. 31s, 5spd and 3.07 gears. I can burn first if I really push it and bark second if I drop the clutch from about 2,500rpm. With some 3.55 or 4.10 gears I expect that I'll be able to roast my tires....can't wait till its time for new meats...gonna burn the old ones to **** just for fun.

not sure what your asking but my injectors came off a 92 ford f150 with the 5.0... there the yellow orangish colored ones... work fine... the same as the "mustang" injectors that everyone uses... but its not cool if u say there from a f150 5.0... only cool if u say there mustang five O injectors... lol
