Default Multiple Cylinder Misfire Promblem

So I bought this XJ about a year ago and it ran fine for about 3 months. It had a whistleing noise coming from it and then one day after coming off of the freeway, it lost power and went into "limp home mode". From then untill now it will do this every 2 minutes if im going 40+ and stopping costantly. I've started to just shift into neutral and restart the engine and then its fine for another few minutes. I've done spark plugs, coil-pack, injectors, crank sensor, and even did the intake manifold. It stopped whistling but the problem persists. I have done compression tests and determined that i need new piston rings, but im not sure that is the problem. My auto-tech teacher says that the PCM may be the issue. Im lost on this problem and i really need some help.

1. Post the EXACT codes that you are seeing, not just the description. With OBD codes, the devil is definitely in the details!

2. Post the compression numbers on each cylinder

I've gotten P0301 all the way through P0306 but P0301 is constant. I also have the P0300 code as well.

I dont have the compression numbers with me. (At home on a sticky note)
