Default more lift?

Im pretty new to jeeps so bare with me please. I have a 4.5 rough country lift and i was woundering what i could do to get a little more lift. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

hmm looks good, maybe you could get a body lift that's another way you could get 'er taller

you cannot do a body lift on an xj..... no frame

i really just want to build a nice trail rig. Im not real sure how big to go or how big of tires to go with?

if you want a trail rig then take those fender flares off and trim those fenders to stuff some bigger tires in there, id stay at 33x12.50's with your stock axles

youll get varied opinions on this ish

mine has 7"s of lift i run 33's with a mild trim on the fenders but want to upgrade to 35's

im at 7.5" on 35s and i think im way to tall. if i didnt spend almost 600 on shocks id drop it down

So i should probably just upgrade to a long arm suspension and keep the 4.5 and trim my fenders im already running 33x1150s they rub a little when i cut the wheel but i think there hitting the suspension and not the fenders.

if you tires rub the suspension thats your wheel backspacing that you need to change. 4.5" longarm with 33s and fenders trimmed is perfect
