Ok, I got a 1991 Jeep Cherokee Limited and the ABS light is coming on when I start the car and about a minute later the light goes out. But I hear a pulse noise coming from the passengers side. I took it into the Jeep stealership and they told me I needed to replace the modulator and accumulator and the cost would be $ 3,300.

Does the modulator and accumulator part of the ABS system and does Chrysler have a LifeTime Coverage recall # 702 on this system. I believe my system was the Bendix 9 and they changed it in 1992. Thanks for any info.
