So, I was driving on the highway and next thing i know I hear a snap and realized the top piece of the metal trim on my windshield had just snapped off!




So today I went down the the junkyard and found a few trim pieces and tried using a flat head screwdriver to pop the little clips off but after about breaking three of them I realized you need a special tool!

Anyone know where to find that tool for cheap?? I also need the little clips, all but 2 were snapped off, anyone know what those clips are called and where I can find those too??

 

My local Advance Auto sells the tool and the clips. They may even have the tool in their loan a tool program.
