Messed up guages

Please help
My temp guage I believe is off. I just replaced the thermostat and both temp sensors and my guage is reading around 250 or so. I open the hood and check everything out and it doesn't feel too hot at all. Also the gas gauge is reversed. Full empty and empty is full. The gauge cluster is out of a different jeep I believe but my temp rpm and mph all read good
