Correct. Finding oil leaks does not require the credentials of a Master Technician, more those of a plumber. Oil, like other substances, flows downhill....... Grab a flashlight and put YOUR eyes on what's going on. You've been provided may excellent guidelines. And besides, we can't see your Jeep from here.

Well, you already have it pretty clean. I'd bet on the dizy. Pretty sure it has an O ring, probably one you can get anywhere if you just take the old one in. (ace or the auto parts). If you make a mark exactly for the rotor, and be sure not to turn the engine, could be a snap.

The main 3 items are the rear main, Oil sencer and oil filter asem. Take it to car wash and get some engine cleaner and spray it down. Look for the leaks top and bottom. If it is down by starter it is one or all of the 3 listed.
It happened to me.
