Default mat sensor

po told me if it wont start unplug mat,well yesterday it happened,tried about every way i know to crank it,spins good but nothing,so i unplug the mat and it started right up.plugged it back in and has been starting like normal.just got a digital meter,how do i hook it to map and check it?should i check elsewhere?

Possible.....I saw this post yesterday and knew that I had never saw any under my floor mat so ruled that out

Default thanks cruiser

issue might be more.started idling rough and even stalling some.on the highway if i drive normal it seems fine but if i step on gas hard it wants to ,for lack of a better word,surge.dont have tach so could not say how much up and down.

Just joking those must be on the older XJ's none on mine that I'm aware of, or I have replaced yet. Cruiser54 is the man on the Renix for sure.

remember no rezzy?got a used one and replaced bad air lines but still no cruz.multimeter someone gave me is junk,guess thats why it was free.will buy one today.then i can start on your pink link list.so far doing easy stuff like cleaning connections,checking air lines, trying to get a grip on what is what.did a roof rack but that didnt make it run any better.got a air unit, might put it in today,will need it soon.slow but sure.thanks
